Description

We were also lucky enough to happen upon a day when Zach Jester, a Chincoteague native and award winning duck decoy carver, was giving a demonstration in Miles Hancock's former workshop. He is keeping alive this local tradition of hand-carved decoys. The skill required to do this ancient art was amazing! Thanks to Zach for allowing us take photos and show off his skills and expertise!
